Peros Products

Tinubong. This is a glutinous rice cake embedded inside a bamboo variety called bolo in Ilocano. It is best served slightly heated still inside the bamboo through open fire, or taken out of the bamboo and microwaved. To open the bamboo, either halved it vertically with a sharp knife or smash the rear on a rock or hard post. May be served with soap or the Ilocano miki.


Sukang Iloco. Our pride - fermented vinegar made of pure sugar cane juice. Perfect as dip, for crunchy fruits, salted crunchy snacks, or for cooking. You can choose from plain suka, or with sili (chili pepper), in 750 ml bottles. Also available in gallon size. Please indicate preference when ordering.

Basi. You must have heard of the revolt. Basi is also made of pure sugar cane juice, slightly sweet and alluding bitterness to the taste. Comes in 750 ml bottle.

Bibingka. Aside from flour, butter and sugar, this popular glutinous rice cake also has milk, cheese, and egg. One box has 24 cup serving.

Macaroons. We are now baking macaroons too, to add variety to every pasalubong. Comes in 24 cups per box.

Muscovado. This is brown, unrefined sugar with strong molasses flavor with the highest nutritional content of natural sugarcane juice as compared to other processed variety. Great for cooking, coffee, and ready-to-eat mix. 500 grams per pack.
